My journey is still in progress due to roadblocks beyond his control, but throughout Marty has been the consumate courteous professional the likes of which are rarely found. This may well be one of the stories he describes starting with "You wouldn't believe what I had to go through ....", but mine starts with "I can't believe what this man is doing to help me get through this..."
